Our Story: Accris Financial LLC was founded by Haris Haskovic, CPA and is the result of more than a decade of work and experience in the tax industry and accounting field.

In the Fall of 2007, Haris took a tax preparer course as a senior in high school and spent the 2008 tax season working as tax preparer at a national big name company. While earning his B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University, Haris continued to work as a tax preparer each tax season while also working as an accounting intern at various firms in the Chicagoland area. After graduation from DePaul Haris started working in the corporate world as an accountant. After a few more years of working at the big name tax prep company during tax season, he decided it was time to start working for himself. This started with lobbying friends and family for their business, which quickly turned into word of mouth recommendations to their friends and colleagues. During this time, Haris also completed his studies, passed all exams, and earned his CPA license. What started as just tax preparation turned into helping clients respond to IRS letters, choosing and setting up their own businesses, preparing payroll reports and various other business needs.
